DESCRIPTION:Region 15 is a one of 18 regions for the Arabian Horse Associations. It represents Virginia, Maryland, Deleware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey & Washington D.C. Inside the region there are clubs within each state for members to join and participate in. |
TASK:To build a website that would allow members to interact in many different ways and to stay informed on what is going on in the region and in the Arabian Horse Association. Developed was a Content Management System that implemeted the use of forums, news, classified ads, chat roooms, photo gallery, and more. It is member based and has over 700 members online. Also implemented was a email newsletter that allows them to send out email in HTML format to their members. Non members can sign up on the website. They have over 2200 members in the email system. |
